Joyce Bawah Mogtari urges diaspora women to turn investment into generational wealth

Joyce Bawah Mogtari called on Ghanaian women living across the diaspora to move past traditional money transfers and direct their resources into building corporate institutions.
The Senior Presidential Advisor to President John Dramani Mahama stated that sending remittances home is no longer sufficient on its own. She pushed for a direct turn toward equity ownership and enterprise creation back in Ghana.
Mogtari delivered the message while attending the EVE Women’s Forum USA. The gathering brought together female leaders, professionals, and investors under the theme, “Legacy and Longevity: Women Building Wealth and Health Across the Diaspora.”
